Our experienced staff of Certified Personal Trainers are ready to help you meet your fitness goals! We can assist members of all levels plan fitness routines and organize healthy diets and meals. We can start you on the path to a strong and healthy body, mind and spirit.If you need help training for a specific sport, or just need some motivation, we’re here for you. We have a large staff of Trainers, so you’re sure to find one that fits your personality and fitness needs.

Wade Davis

Wade Davis

Wade is a ASFA certified personal trainer. He also holds certification
including, Kettle Bell, Suspension Training, and HIIT/Tabata. Wade focuses helping those new to the gym environment as well as seasoned fitness
enthusiasts. He believes that mastering mind and muscle control will allow you to execute advance exercises and more safely and effectively.

Along with his certifications, Wade also played baseball for Clackamas
Community College, before transferring to PSU and earning his Bachelors degree in Political Science.

An avid tennis player, and sport lover, Wade also enjoys bike rides and being active. Keep an eye for Wade in the weight room, or on the tennis court.

Al Granville

Al Granville

Al has a B.S. degree in Health Education from PSU with an emphasis on fitness promotion. He has been a Personal Trainer for over 15 years with at least half that time spent at SAC. His 35+ years of weight lifting experience grew from his extensive interest in sports and athletics - playing football, basketball, baseball and track.

These sports gave him a unique perspective and knowledge of the exercises required to completely develop the body. Al believes in a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing flexibility along with strength and proper form.

He’s been a group fitness instructor for over seven years, is certified in Spinning, yoga and Hope Pilates. Al also conducts fitness camps on an ongoing basis. His clients include people of all fitness levels, both men and women. Al’s training allows individuals of all ages to maintain their strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.

Jason Mead

Jason Mead

Jason has been a personal trainer since 2002, incorporating his education in both chemistry and Exercise Science (B.S., University of 0regon 2001). Jason has always been a “gym rat,” loving the benefits of physical fitness. His belief in working out is, that it enables a person to enjoy real-world applications.

Jason has enjoyed the challenges outside the gym of hiking,mountaineering, and camping. A recent summit of Kilimanjaro (February 2010) is a testament to his pursuit of fitness and beyond. His ultimate goal is to motivate others to a higher standard.

Joni Neilson

Joni Neilson

Joni has been a certified Personal Trainer since 2000. She enjoys helping her clients reach their full potential and giving them the confidence and motivation they need to accomplish their goals.

Joni specializes in weight management, strength conditioning, sports performance and nutrition for athletes and healthy living. Her experience includes time spent as a high school volleyball coach and Water Safety Instructor.

In 2013 Joni was awarded her Pro Card by taking first place at the NPC National Physique competition and is now an IFBB Professional Athlete.

She loves working out with weights, doing cardio and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking and water skiing. Joni participates in many local races, including Race for the Roses, Hood-to-Coast, Shamrock Run and the Portland Marathon. Catch her if you can!

Jane Richardson

Jane Richardson

Jane graduated from BYU Hawaii with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Since 1997, she has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Group Exercise Master Trainer and Group Exercise Manager.

Throughout her many years of experience, she has worked very hard to maintain her education and certifications in many different aspects of sports fitness. Jane is currently certified in the following: ACE Personal Trainer, AFAA Primary Aerobic, Turbo Kick Box, Crush Kick Kickboxing, Body Combat, Body Pump, Rep Reebok, Reebok Core Board, Precision Cycle and Stability Ball. She is trained in Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer and the Pilates chair through Balanced Body University.

Jane's style of training emphasizes the importance of flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Her expertise consists of weight loss and muscle toning, helping clients improve their quality of life. Your goals are achieved through her experience, innovative workouts and personal attention towards each client.

Jane is available to help you meet and keep your fitness goals through weight training, cardio training and proper nutrition. She will be there for you any way that you need in order to help improve your health and fitness in every day life.
